Banana Pepper Chicken

Banana Pepper Chicken  Recipe:  Ingredients:  4 Thin chicken breast  4 Tablespoons Butter 1 Package ranch dressing mix 1 Jar Banana Peppers 1 Pound mozzarella cheese Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place chicken in pan Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each piece of chicken Coat chicken with ranch mix Cover chicken with banana peppers Pour 1/4 cup of banana pepper juice into the pan with the chicken Cook chicken for 10 minutes, take out, generously cover chicken with mozzarella, and place back into the over for 15 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Take out of oven and enjoy!

Strawberry Banana Muffins

 Strawberry Banana Muffins Recipe: Ingredients: 3 Cups Flour 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Butter (Salted or Unsalted at room temperature) 1 Cup Sugar 2 Large Eggs 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Diced Strawberries 1/2 Of A Banana (mashed) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 In a small bowl whisk together the dry ingredients In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time, Mixing after each addition until combined. Add vanilla. Beat in about half of the flour mixture until fully combined, mix in the milk, and continue with the remaining flour until no lumps remain. Stir in mashed banana and strawberries Divide batter evenly among lined cupcake pan, sprinkle some sugar on top, and bake for 18-22 minutes. This recipe makes roughly 18 small muffins

  Pancakes (from scratch) Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/4 cup sugar (or honey) 4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup butter (melted) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs Chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: Combine flour, sugar (skip this if using honey), baking powder, and salt in large bowl Add in milk and heavy cream, mix until combined (if using honey instead of sugar add it now). Add melted butter and vanilla, mix. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing after each addition. Put 1 cup of batter on a warm, buttered skillet. Wait until you see bubbles and flip, cooking until both sides are brown. Enjoy
